Key Components

Chassis
Fabricated from rolled channels and plates. Low profile chassis for all round visibility.

Electrical System
Brush-less DC/ step-less controller provides smooth and step-less control of speed and acceleration. Control panel is located below the steering handle, consist of ON-OFF switch, Key switch, forward and reverse switch, emergency cut-off switch and battery discharge indicator with low battery buzzer system.

Brake
Internally expanding double shoe type hydraulic brakes on rear wheel, operated by a foot pedal. Parking brake provided on the rear wheels.

Accessories
The truck comes with Horn/head lamp/ tail lamp and brake lights.

Drive Unit and Transmission
The drive mechanism is simple and efficient. It provides excellent traction and braking capacity through a drive axle & heavy duty brakes.

Steering
Standard automotive type steering on front wheels for easy control.

Suspension
Leaf spring and shock absorber are provided on the both the axle.

All tyre are solid rubber mounted tyres. Solid cushion/ Non-marking tyres can also be supplied as an option on customer request.
